Abstract
The aim of this paper was to present important and interesting findings in the radiographic studies of pulmonary lesions related to pediatric malignant tumor for clinicians ; including several short case reports from our experience. The images of metastatic pulmonary tumors detected in Wilms tumor, hepatoblastoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma were described with some clinical problems for us. A case of pleuropulmonary blastoma, one of the most important primary pulmonary malignant tumors, was difficult for clinical management because he had had treatment for pyothorax. In the patients with veno-occlusive disease, especially, pulmonary veno-occlusive disease after chemotherapy, chest radiograph and CT provided clues to the diagnosis.
