Abstract
Fetal hydrocephalus is a result of various diseases including congenital developmental anomaly, intra-ventricular hemorrhage, and tumor. Congenital fetal hydrocephalus is also often associated with multiple anomalies, such as myelomeningocele and hindbrain herniation in Chiari II malformation. MRI is useful to differentiate the background diseases of fetal hydrocephalus and to visualize associated multiple anomalies especially in the late gestational period.
